syslink Xandria Channel - Partner Program
Syslink distribution works with different kinds of partners serving a wide range of market segments. Through our enhanced Partner Program, we work hard to meet the needs of all our partners, providing the tools and resources that are needed to build and improve Partners businesses.
Syslink distribution relies on the sales, technical and service expertise of our partners to satisfy a wide range of customer needs. To support those efforts, the Partner Program has been enhanced to provide simpler, more flexible opportunities to maximize the reputation and competence at Partner’s customers and Partner’s profitability.
We do rely on partners to address the entire Small Business and Mid-Market opportunities, but we are counting on partners to serve also into the large Enterprise customer base. A well-thought-out split between Direct Sales and Channel Partner will support the collaboration within the large Enterprise market.
The syslink Partner Program is structured to provide them with the maximum level of support based on their contribution and commitment, business model, markets served and location of business.
syslink distribution Partner level:
There are three levels — Registered Partner, Business Partner and Gold Partner — which have specific revenue requirements determined by region for each, as well as different levels of benefits for. This structure is designed to identify a partner’s level of involvement with syslink distribution and his intended activities on the market.
Gold Partner
Benefits
- acts like a general agent in a specified region
- has access to syslink’s web partner portal and demo environment to access all the resources needed to grow the business
- gets personalised flyers
- sales- and technical education will be provided
- gets marketing and technical support on request
- is enabled to the highest level of commissions
- gets a commission from assigned Business Partners in his area, by deal closings
- has access to syslink’s support website that enables the Partner to search frequently asked questions, troubleshoot technical issues and find answers to basic questions
- gets direct access to syslink’s support by mail or telephone
- is an established and well known
- IT- and/or Service Provider
- knows and contributes into the SAP eco system
- has a sales and marketing organisation to drive pro-actively the sale of Xandria with dedicated actions (mailing, events, etc.)
- provides technical skills (SAP Basis) to facilitate the installation of Xandria during the sales cycle (PoC)
- could provide 1st level Support within the specified region
- focuses its activities on all opportunities; large Enterprise customers as well as the Mid-Market and Small Businesses
- supports on request Business Partners in their marketing, pre- and post-sales activities
- develops and works based on an annual Business Plan
- commits to an expected and agreed revenue per year
- registers honestly the opportunities in the Xandria CRM System to protect and report the leads
Business Partner
Benefits
- has access to syslink’s web partner portal and demo environment to access all the resources needed to grow the business
- gets personalised flyers on request
- sales- and technical education will be provided, either by Gold Partner or syslink AG
- gets marketing and technical support on request
- gets an appropriate commission
- has access to syslink’s support website that enables the Partner to search frequently asked questions, troubleshoot technical issues and find answers to basic questions
- gets direct access to syslink’s support by mail or telephone
- is an established IT- and/or Service Provider within the SAP eco system (SAP Service-, SAP Channel Partner, SAP Consultant or a System Integrator) with an existing customer base
- has a sales and marketing organisation to drive pro-actively the sale of Xandria with dedicated actions (mailing, events, etc.) on its own or together with a Gold Partner
- provides technical skills (SAP Basis) to facilitate the installation of Xandria during the sales cycle (PoC) on its own, or is supported by a Gold Partner
- focuses its activities within the market he is already established, large Enterprise customers as well as the Mid-Market and Small Businesses
- commits to an expected and agreed revenue per year
- registers honestly the opportunities in the Xandria CRM System to protect and report the leads
Registred Partner
Benefits
- gets Sales and Marketing Support on request, either from syslink or a Channel Partner
- gets a tip commission on deal closed
Requirements
- is an actor within the SAP eco system, could be a single person or an established company, provides typically Consulting or Support Services to SAP customers
- has easy access to C-Level to open doors, either for a Direct Sales or a Channel Partner
